HATCHBOX Wood filament is compatible with Fused Deposition Modeling 3D printers using a standard round spool hub. It’s produced with a mixture of wood particles and PLA. PLA is the most commonly used 3D printer filament in the market because of its material properties produced from renewable resources such as cornstarch. Due to the material properties of PLA, the plastic tends to have a lower warp and contraction rate as opposed to ABS, making it easier to make prints and a heated build platform is not recommended.
